1 How could i know the different between FireCode QR and the normal QR?

Once you see a product marked with FireCode logo or a sentence says“ Protected By FireCode”, download or open FireCode app then scan the FireCode QR.Furthermore, FireCode apps can definitely recognize the difference and guide you, once you scan any normal QR, a message pops up says “ This QR code is not belongs to FireCode technology” .

2 Is it secure or safe if i found the FireCode QR or the related information just pasted on the product and not printed?

Yes.. no worries about that because the FireCode QR’s are Anti-Copy ones, just scan the QR and follow the information you see on your device after scanning.

3 How can i start protecting my own products?

Simply contact us and provide us with a brief information about the product such as ( Product nature, Product package, the quantity ..etc).

4 Shall i see the same information every time I scan QR on the same product?

Yes.. you will always be able to see full information about the product you has been purchased and communicate with the produced company as long as the product is available in market or under the protection period provide by FireCode.
